Braided Flexible Bars

Standard Design

It is produced by forming solderless pressed contact areas on Cu-ETP seamless tubes over with or without insulation on braided copper wires.

Contact Areas

The lengths of each contact areas are subject to change. We are able to do custom-made

production with various types of contact areas. At our customer’s request, we are also

able to make drilling process.

Insulation

Insulation is optional and can be possible to make

the process by heat-shrinkable tubes, PVC, silicone and fibre glass.

Custom Designs

We produce bars with contact areas made by tinned and/or insulated (with tin, nickel or silver) according to customer’s special requests on their technical drawings.

Flexible connectors are preffered in varipus places in which high and low voltage, vibration and impact are seen a lot and also preffered because they are dynamic.

Flexible bars absorb extensions and contractions due to temperature in busbar systems.
